About Margene Dagle

I have been a licensed realtor since 1995. I started my career in the Suburbs of Chicago, North Lake County, McHenry County and parts of Cook.

After a 15 year successful full time licensed realtor, the country roads took me West towards Galena and a very slow market in 2007 during a housing crash . This slowed my career down alot with both the geographical change as well as the economy change. I put my license in holding for awhile to see when the market would bounce back, which it did slowly. My next adventure was moving back to Wisconsin. 

I allowed the country roads of Route 23, 18/151 and others to take me back to my family roots of Wisconsin. I went through the WI Real Estate training, joined a successful real estate office and have been busy ever since. Sold 4.5 million in 2023 and hope to double that this year 2024.

My clients are the most important part of real estate. I am a successful buyer's agent and am looking to list more as my career advances.

I will help investors, all home buyers from the young (1st  home buyers) to the older (downsizing buyers) and all inbetween. There is a home and a property for everyone who is looking. Although the market has had home prices increasing (way too fast) these past 3 years and most everyone in multiple offers, if you are patient, the right one will come your way.
